WELCOME TO THE RUDRA CENTER

Rudra Meditation Center was established in Baerum, Norway in 2001 (then under a different name). Since 2007, the center has been located in downtown Oslo. Associated centers and contacts are located in a number of different places around Europe: Northern Norway, Denmark, Switzerland and Mallorca. The center offers regular practice and instruction in kundalini yoga meditation. In addition, instruction in various related subjects and skills are offered. The founder and head teacher of the center is Swami Ganeshananda (previously Per Oskar Johansen).
