Rudra Meditation Center was established in Baerum, Norway in 2001 (then under a different name). Since 2007, the center has been located in downtown Oslo. Associated centers and contacts are located in a number of different places around Europe: Moss and Halden, Norway, Copenhagen, DenmarZug, Switzerland and Santa Maria, Mallorca.
The center offers regular practice and instruction in Dynamic Stillness Meditation, a form of kundalini yoga. In addition, instruction in various related subjects and skills are offered.
The founder and head teacher of the center is Swami Ganeshananda.
